This quick and easy recipe means you don’t have to wait for the weekend to start your day with your favourite flavour combinations.
Some quick breakfast recipes for those of us who are in a rush to get out the door in the morning but want a new take on cereal and toast.
This one-pan recipe is simple, filling and packed with spices, egg, tomato and (because it’s not an Aussie brekky without it) a tiny bit of Vegemite!
Dive into summer with the light and rejuvenating flavours of fresh Australian snapper and seasonal mango coated with lime-infused coconut cream.
Step 1:
Boil water in a small saucepan or frying pan.
Step 2:
Turn the heat down to a simmer, add a splash of vinegar and carefully crack an egg into the water. Cook to your liking.
Step 3:
Meanwhile, toast the bread until golden brown or to your liking.
Step 4:
Spread the avocado onto the toast, squeeze the lemon over the top of the avocado for a drizzle of juice, and place the salmon on top.
Step 5:
Place the egg on the smoked salmon and season with pepper to serve.
