Claiming for hospital psychiatric services
Bupa can help pay for hospital psychiatric services in a private hospital on selected covers and if you’ve served your waiting periods. Your cover can pay towards hospital accommodation and any medical charges where a Medicare benefit is payable.
There may be out-of-pocket costs depending on the hospital you’re admitted to and what your treating specialist charges. We recommend speaking to your treating specialist about what your out-of-pocket costs may be.
