  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 2 tbsp natural yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp flaked almonds
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp cacao

Method

Step 1:

Add oats, milk and cacao to your container.

Step 2:

Pop the lid on, shake and refrigerate overnight.

Step 3:

In your container, add your yoghurt and honey and stir, then transfer to a bowl.

Step 4:

Top with banana and almonds or your favourite fruits.
