Made with bananas, natural yoghurt and honey, our blueberry and banana ‘nice’ cream recipe is quick and easy to make, and can be easily customised with your favourite toppings and fruits.

  • 2 frozen bananas, chopped
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp low fat Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 pitted date
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Granola, coconut flakes and fresh blueberries to serve.

Method

Step 1:

Pre-chill your serving bowls in the freezer for 10 minutes.

Step 2:

Place all the ingredients except for the garnish in a food processor and blitz on high for 4 minutes, until the mixture is smooth and creamy. You may need to stop once or twice to scrape down the sides.

Step 3:

Spoon into chilled bowls and serve with your favourite toppings.
