Make sure you have your IHI
To get prescriptions by SMS or email, you’ll need an Individual Healthcare Identifier (IHI number). If you don’t have one, it may take longer to get medication.
The quickest way to get an IHI is to simply sign in to myGov and request one.

If requested, get eScripts on your phone, and referrals and medical certificates via email.
