How your information is used
To use this service, some info needs to be collected or shared between Blua and Hola Health. If you don’t provide required information, you may not be able to use this service.
Hola Health shares with Blua all personal and health information you provide while you use this service, along with any other personal and health information Hola Health generates as you use this service. This is so Blua can enable you to use this service.
Hola Health will also share your info with prescription providers, pathology or radiology services, or specialists if necessary.
Hola Health collects your name, email, mobile number, sex at birth, date of birth and emergency contact person. These are used to identify you, set up your patient profile and to send things like appointment reminders, prescriptions, and referrals.
Hola Health collects this information so doctors can send you eScripts (electronic prescriptions) by SMS. It also gives you access to cheaper, subsidised medicine and referrals.
Hola health collects details about your medical history to create a patient profile, and reason for consultation. This helps your doctor give you appropriate care.
Hola Health also shares data with Blua from consultations, for billing purposes, analytics, reporting, service improvement, complaint management and investigation.
